I woke up on a Monday morning with excruciating pain at my wrist after a night of torment by Ryker! Although the pain was there on n off, most of the time it was bearable. That morning, a v firm decision was made! I decided to go for the jab! It felt like how firmly I had decided to take epidural. Haha I always hope that my tendonitis can recover in the "au naturel" way.

The clinic was not crowded. The doctor knew my decision. He marked my tendon and filled up a 3ml of white emulsion in a syringe attached with a lonnnng needle. The insertion into my tendon was no doubt painful. I had his assistant beside me who constantly pat me on my arm. She was trying to comfort me but I found it v unnecessary haha. Once the procedure was completed, I had a big bulge under my skin! My wrist was in weird shape!!

My wrist pain had been dwindling since the shot. If I knew that It can't recover by itself, I would have not tolerate the pain for 3 months!
