This Ryker refused to finish up his milk in the house, so i 'tabao-ed' it out for him to continue. I think Doreen got very strong maternal instinct!

We went to a few jewellry shops to try out a few kind of settings and size. Finally, Doreen found what she really like. Jotted it down for her husband to be! Haha! Can't wait for you to get married and have kids and we can be tai tai togr. Haha! Auntie Doreen was so kind to Ryker! She even bought a toy for him! See how lucky this naughty boy is!
I needed to go down Woodlands for my second appt with another two aunties! So Doreen hitched a ride there. Before driving off, i tried to bfed him in the nursing room. But he bit me! I was so in pain that i refused to bf him. So during the ride to Woodlands, he was crying very badly in the car. Ever since I switched the car seat to rear facing, he got cranky during car ride. I guessed he needed to see me while i drive. Then again safety comes first. Sigh, anyway, i think he was hungry and tired thus crying his lungs out. He cried till Doreen had to climb from the front seat to the back so as to carry him. The moment he got carried, he kept quiet. He was in sweat too! Poor baby!
So Doreen carried him all the way to Woodlands and of coz, he fell asleep in her arms. When we reached the destination, he cried really badly again when put down into the car seat. I had to get off the car to pacify him first, he had tears all over his face. My heart ached a little. I drove as fast and as safe as i could to my friend's place!
The moment, i parked my car. I went to the backseat to pick him up. He looked at me with his pitiful eyes. I held him very close to me, settled into the back seat and bfed him quietly. The engine was kept on and i locked the car. He was really hungry and dozed off after having his meal. Once we were done, i took my barang barang n a 9.3kg load and headed for my friend's place.
The dumb dumb me actually got the wrong carpark! I cringed on the thought of putting him back into the car seat. Luckily, it was only a short ride to the correct carpark! Phew! Plus he was happier on a full stomach.

Anyway, I was there to pick Trixie's Mummy (Auntie Yahui) up to Causeway point so that we could meet Auntie Kaisi for a catch-up session.
This is Auntie Kaisi, the bride-to-be!
The adults had a great catch up session. It was a short one though! =( Kaisi waas very nice to follow me back to Tampines where she hopped onto a cab to City Hall. With her, Ryker was quietly sleeping in the car seat. =) Thanks to Kaisi! She's such a sweet girl!

On Sunday, I had a dinner appointment with my dear colleagues! VH put aeroplane!! Haha. My plan for the day was to bring Ryker for a swim then meet HS then head down to the restaurant at Tanjong Katong Rd. Sad to say, this was the swim where Ryker cried badly. It was a long wait and he was already sleepy by the time the water was ready. Stupid me still agreed to put him in. =( It was so bad that the moment i carried him out of the water, i put him over my shoulder to sooth him. I was wet but i dun care. Poor thing! Luckily, HS didn't bring her camera! If not it would be pics of him crying!! Haha. It took me quite a while to stop him from crying so badly n alot of coaxing to wear back his clothes! He then slept peacefully in his carrier while we chilled at the cafe!

The day ended with Ryker crying in his car seat while i drove home from the restaurant. Cried till like someone hit him hard... sigh.. the moment i switched off my engine, he stopped coz he knew he will get to be carried out soon. He really looked real pitiful. Must take a picture one day!
