Female passengers are indeed capable of making a driver nervous. Haha!

My team members and I were on waffle date today. Since hubby would be going for a 24km road march, i drove the car to work. Just nice, we had transport for our waffle. Our initial plan was to eat Gelare waffle, going at half price on tuesday. End up there wasn't any store at Holland Village. So we went ahead to Waffletown at Balmoral Plaza. It was located at Bukit Timah road. I searched the place on streetdirectory online and know that i have to turn out at Durean Road exit. End up Zx asked me to go straight since she said her hubby told her the route. It ended up wrong and i did a U-turn back into Adam's Road.

Since the intended route was disrupted, i totally lost my sense of direction. I asked the rest on the car to read the map but none knew how. I can't read and drive at the same time! Haha! End up V took out her iphone and switched on her GPS. She was narrating wat was displayed on her phone and even showed me. Haha! How am i supposed to understand the map on her phone in such situation. Anyway, i took a huge diagonal route across the four lanes after turning out from Durean Road after realising the extreme right lane was the wrong way. Haha.

The most kan chiong part was at Newton Circus roundabout! I've been hearing how scary it was on that roundabout. Even hubby told me it was very confusing to navigate there. Naturally, i panicked!! So while in the roundabout, i was like which exit?? When one of my female passengers pointed to one direction, i would follow but when i realised it could be wrong, all panicked again. End up i have to cut a lane full of cars at red light. Luckily the female driver on that lane gave way to me. Haha! Finally, our waffles got nearer to us.

It was pretty fun to have HS around during outings. She nv fail to make ppl laugh. The meal was ok only. I still prefer the Gelare waffle though. Haha! Oh, we ended up making another movie outing with our significant other next week. So fun!
