A new rotation schedule was ongoing now in my team. So right now is me and HS in the fusion team. Never did i tot that this HS is so crazy and humourous. We can joke around and laugh during work. It totally remind me of my secondary school days. I never laugh that much during work coz J n ZX were quite serious. Most of the time they would ignore my nonsense. Hahha.. It's nice to have HS in the team.

There was another issue about my team. There was a self-proclaimed 'researcher' whom prefer to do only her research work. I am seriously not sure about her position. The most is a research assitant. In anyway, i don't like her to boss people around to do her things so that she can sit at her desk for full time research. Others also have research to do and she's not superior in any sense. I totally hate the fact that she has no 'team work' in mind. Neither is she a team player. Ironically, i was asked to behave like her by the hairy crap. That is, to ask people to do what i usually do regardless whether the poor co-worker can handle anot. Even if the hairy crap is to let me meet the higher end of my job scope, i would not do it at the expense on my own team members. I am not being noble or saint here. If i were told to be remove from the team and focus on research, i would not feel imbalance to watch them work their asses thru the day. But the fact is i am not. Being a team player, they should aim to finish all the tasks of the day TOGETHER. That's what the self-proclaimed 'researcher' don't and i totally hate the sight of it. Anyway, i told hair crap about my definition of team work and team player. It seemed that hairy crap begin to have some wisdom in that sense. However, how long will that last i woudn't know. But one thing for sure, this hairy crap sucked at management skills and do not care about others to reach his own goals.
