*Scratch head*

I do not know where to start from. Well, time flies, i am left with half a module to go before i graduate. For the mid semester exam, I am really thankful that Ben, a genius in Chemistry, is willing give me tuition for the mechanisms. If not for him, i wun be in such relief today. In this particular study group i had, we have this lady called Michelle. She's so ticklish! She laughed at the slightest thing any of us said. I think LM finds her irritating. But i find her a stress uplifter haha. She made the whole stressful session much fun. I guess Ben and Michelle are really a fun group to be with. =) There was a report due on the following Monday for the same lecturer, so you could imagine how i spent my weekend.

Yida booked tickets for 10promises made with the dog on the very night my exam finished. The movie focused more about the life of the girl than the dog, Socks. Yea, it was touching in some ways. The moment when the dog died, you could hear the kind of plastic rumbling sound from tissue wrapper. And of course, i cried. It just reminded me of the moment i thought Twinkle was dying and when it's time for any of my pets. The girl in the movie grew up with the dog, became a vet and yet she knew nothing about helping the dog with her arthritis? (I assumed so coz the dog simply can't walk towards the end of her life.) WTH right? She also grew to forget her promises made to the dog and started to feel burdened by the dog. Eventually, towards the end when the dog again gave her 'therapeutic' touch to her boyfriend, she started to realise how much she had neglect her. I wanna be nasty la... it's when she remembered the usefulness of the dog then she realised her existence again?

"You are everything to the dog while you have your school and friends." This is a quote worth to lay root in your brain. Not just the dog, it's all the pets you have. So whenever Yida complained about me spending too much time with my pets, i will just give him that.

Due to the reopening of my school, MuFFin got less chances for adventures. Nevertheless, both of us took the effort to bring her to Sentosa Beach on Saturday morning, 6ish! I will never forget how happy she was when she saw the beach. You could see the gleam in her eyes. The moment we put her off leash, she ran around freely and happily! Being MuFFin, she ran around sniffing then poo then ran back to us, show us her happiest face, ran around in our vicinity again. It was really worth it to sacrifice few hours of our sleep to see this. It had been one month since we brought her there. I love that kind of feeling where the early morning sea breeze blew my stresses away with your loved one walking along the beach and your dogter running around happily. It was such a pity i cannot bring my feathered kids along. =( I managed to take one classic pic of MuFFin in the pooing position with the tip of the stool coming out from her anus!!!

My mischievous dogter actually went towards several dogs on leash to tempt them to chase after her!!! How notti! I guessed she was trying to announce her temporarily freedom on beach. lol We realised that she is no longer afraid of the waters. Because it was low tide, Yida went to test the depth of water first. To our surprise, she actually followed and splashed herself into the sea. LOL.... all i felt was happiness from her... HeeHee.. U have no idea how fulfilled i felt on that very moment. It was totally indescribable! After a few episodes of swimming, we trained her to walk off leash down the path towards the end on the beach. She learnt fast! The moment she ventured out too far or got too engrossed sniffing, we just turned immediately to the opposite direction and walked off. When she realised our move, she will frantically ran towards us to catch up. This reminds me of another quote in the movie. "Trust me, i will always be by your side." Indeed a dog will be. So we practically walked her 90% of the time offleash. As the morning progressed, she needed to be back on leash due to the influx of oncoming car. The very satisfied her willingly put her head through the choke chain upon request. =) She was very tired for the rest of the day due to this morning adventure, so were we! We all had a great time bonding!

It was really addictive to have such moments. Many of us who own a dog are always guilty of not spending enough time with it due to work commitments. With Yida working now, the guilt was doubled. She has to miss some of her daily walks at time. So for me, such adventures or excursions, were a kind of compensation to her. The next adventure i am aiming for is the dog hash!
