I wanted to indulge a little bit for myself this month. Since i haven't been buying any make up for a year and the exaggerated Chanel booth at Tampines Mall had been enticing me, i went over and enquired. Most of the time, i will resist going to the booth coz if the customer service was good i would buy. Haha, surprisingly, the long wait to be service also made me spend. They are having this promotion thingy. If you buy 80 bucks voucher from Chanel (which is redeemable for their products), you will get a complimentary makeover with an A5 size photo. Sounds good when i am aiming for a 81 bucks two-way foundation.

As expected, i bought the voucher and booked an appointment for the makeover. Then i started to be hesitant over the makeover. What if i look worse in photo ? Should i spend the 2 hours sitting there and do this unimportant thing? Well, i went with Yida. My very patient boyfriend actually stood there and watched the whole process. Haha.... very lihai... the legs wun ache meh? haha... sweet~

The makeup artist was very pretty and pro. She did a smokey eyes for me. This was the first time i am doing that. She was very professional and even answered any questions i posed on makeup. So nice~ The smokey eyes really did very huge difference to my eyes. Really.... much defined and bigger... haha....She said for my face shape, i should try to bring out my eyes more and give little attention to my lips. Which is very true haha... The way she do eye makeup is something i wun be able to achieve. Forget to get her contacts hiaz... For every product she put on my face, she will explain why it is good. When i asked if their eyeliner will smudge, she frankly told me yes. I like honest salesperson eh. I ever met one SA who told me she dunno anything about SKII when i asked how was their prodcut compared to the former.

Anyway, after the makeup, i went to the hairstylist table. Seriously, nothing much was done. All he did was to scrunch and tossed my hair even more. It gave me a messy hair look which goes perfectly well with the smokey eyes. He sprayed hair spray on to my fringe and set it a little wavy. I really love the hair! Becoz it's messy, the hair was like so big which make my face smaller hee...It was really amazing, within 5 mins, i looked so different with that hair. He told me curls actually can have many looks and commented that most people just keep twirling it =x. He was very surprised when i told him i perm my hair is to make my face smaller as the usual myth was perm hair = large face. In order to make my hair bigger, he suggested that i need to toss out at my crown area, not at the side of my face. Quite pro, i dun mind going to him for a hair cut. He works at TM reds.

Lastly, the photography session. The photo taking was at the side of the escalator where human traffic was very heavy. Erm... i try not to notice too much and focus in posing what the photography asked, just to make my face slimmer. haha... He is also very nice and friendly. After the pictures were out, i realised it was much better than the makeover i went when i was 21. That one sucks totally... haha. So after everything, i redeemed the two way powder, Mat Lumiere.



I love the hair


But i think you can't really see the eyemakeup. I had a GREAT time removing them, esp the mascara which i haven't been putting any like for a year. The mascara clumps and the bits actually went into my eye.


This is the picture. Erm.... i took it using Hp camera so it looked kinda weird. haha like my nose almost gone .... It looked better in the real thing.

Maybe Yida and I should go for a couple makeover... Hee...
