For many days of trying, i managed to get over it.
Out of episode! Cheers!
Finally... sighhh...
I was fiddling with my hp on my sleepless night and found a proof of my self mutilation
Then i rememeber i did that coz i was frustrated one morning, i didn't rem it till my brother realise it when chatting on me on bed. It was evening then. Luckily, the thing fade away the next day.
Well, guess i can't feel the pain when i was doing it.
Scary, i know.....
Probably just want myself to be more awake

be careful hor.. last time I did it I did it too hard.. then the skin punctured and a lot of blood come out. Now got permenant scar on my right forearm liao.. be careful hor!

Oh no!! I know this is not going to be very helpful but next time maybe can try slapping the hand instead of scratching?

Sigh.... actually i slapped myself also... still cannot feel anything at that time... Jazz, hope you don't do it again. I wun wan to do it unless i am really frustrated with myself. But think this time is abit harder.
