It was the entrepreneur week of NTU. So Yida with his friend decided to set up a booth to sell bags and jackets! His friend didn't make it in time to come back and help out. So my poor yida has to handle everything himself. Bringing in the stock, tagging the stocks, the booth layout and so. His friend's gf lend him the car and also helped in tagging the stocks. Luckily still got some help offered.
First day of sale was quite bad. Early in the morning he told me he was going to lose money. He sounded so sad when everyone exclaimed that the bags were expensive. They are all authentic but at a lower prices. I was already comtemplating if i should claim my day off to help him out.
I went! Set up the store early in the morning. It was no easy job. I realise they managed to tie poles to chair and form a mash with those plastic chains to display their bags!! So clever! I will never know how to do it... lol... They even have their lap tops there to let customers choose the designs which are out of stock. Only a deposit of $10 is needed for back orders. Yida so clever yea!! LOL... okok overrated him.. haha.... The first day only Tf and him being salesman. Second day with our powers combine, the sales shot up quite significantly!! !! Haha girls ba... easier to handle girls, give opinion and stuffs like that. Although i still have to rush to school after standing the whole day but see his satisfied face with the sales is enough to keep me going!
Even after finished packing the booth, Yida still has to be his own accountant and go down the his friend there to get new stock. Tough on him! He must be so tired and he still came to my house like 2am. I cooked maggie mee with lots of extra stuffs in it for him. And we slept like a log till the next morning.... sadly, i got school the next day.... arghh!!
See the nike bag in the middle! It was the hottest bag. Everyone asking the price, all say steep. Only Sharon shi huo! Haha she bought it for her dearest!! Thanks Sharon!! hee =)
