Daphie and me finally met up! It was so difficult to have a common time slot. She has changed to become a gym fanatic like the past me. Signing up at Planet Fitness was like gawk!!! She's damn rich.
As usual, she is always late. Leaving me alone in Orchard is quite suicidal for my pocket. Well, bank account quite dry but i can always shop at Tangs. Haha.. coz i got the Tangs card which allow me to pay next month. Muahaha.... See? Dun leave me in Orchard alone, friends!!!! My skin was deteriorating. Therefore, beauty hall was the best place to linger. I know i need a new toner coz the Fancl one is failing me. Poor skin is so dry and itch. IRK!!! Yeah, i have not been taking care of my skin.
I used to be discipline for the usage of moisture and pore cleansing mask. Due to work, study and fatigue, i have no strength or can't be bother to do so not to mention the basic 3 steps care. =x Yes, i have to bear the consequence of my apathy towards skincare. Sob.... Trying to revert the damage done, i got Shiseido Softener from THe Skincare series, alocohol free.
All the while, Tangs Shiseido gave me the worst service with snobbish SA. Apparently, they served Tai Tais first and ignore you immediately if you show signs of not buying. If i had a choice i wouldn't go there. To my surprise, the SA that day gave me the best service i could get from that counter. Impressive! You know.. good service will make my day and i wun feel bad buying stuffs when i'm broke. I wanted to try their eye smoothing eye gel but she dun have the ladies version one. Being so helpful, she went to search for the men's one which has the same ingredients and gave it to me!!! What a waste i didn't catch her name!
Oh, i asked her why is it call softener? She said toner causes pores to tighten up which results in poor absorption of moisturizer in the later steps. Softener allows the skin to be in the condition to absorption moisturizer as it remove the dead cells. Seemed quite logical. Alcohol free coz i am itching!! After first night application, the red patches subside. The hydrating mask did play a part too!
Had subway over dinner, Daphie as usual talk about her Ruth and Lele... complain this complain that.. both of us. Although it was short, but was great to meet her up again! She's e girl who is always there for me!! Love you!! Muacks!
