It was a nice Sunday for the four of us, ie, my closer colleagues aka friends. The venue chosen was our newly wedded Ju and Zm new cosynest. The plan was to play mahjong and slack around. Yida and I arrived earlier coz Ju and I were going to bake!! It's been a long time since i bake... keke.. the last time was with Grace during poly days... Guess what? Ju and I were colour coordinated with her kitchen cabinet colour. What a pity i do not have a pic of that!! We made so many cream puff!!! *puff puff* For the first batch, the puffs were small coz we were unsure of how to use the piping bag to squeeze out a nice one. And also, they are more brown then the later batch. For the second batch, we made two portions. We got the hang of squeezing using the piping bag and a huge puff emerged. LOL... Very nicely rise!! Not brown at all!! This is how it look like when rising-->


Shucks!! We forget to take the end products!! Too busy munching!!

A lesson learnt from making of the dough was that do not wait for the mixture to be cold before pouring the eggs!!! If not, your dough will never become clumpy!! That was what happen during the making of second batch! So we threw away and make new one. Poor Ju kept going downstairs to buy eggs and butter!! Xin ku ni le... =) It was so much fun and satisfaction making with friends!!

Just didn't come. So we lack of one player for the mahjong game. S came over for a few hours so that the game could carry on. Although i'm in the kitchen, i could hear that the four of them, S, Zm, Sharon and Yida, were enjoying themselves!! So glad that my dear can get along well with my friends.

We watched the wedding day video. Can see ju and zm still reminiscing..... awwww... so sweet!! And watched the evil jie meis at the door during the morning video!! Hiak hiak!! All of us had pizza and chicken wings for dinner while playing mahjong!!! Ju and Zm were such great hosts!! THanks!!!

One more thing i wanna tell you all!!!! I knock my head against Ju's kitchen cabinet FIVE BLARDY TIMES!!! Can u imagine how much the cabinet hates me????? Sob.. and before i go off ... i almost knock into their door lock!!! I wish i have eyes on my head =*( Hahahaha it's funny though!!
